RunnerCNC Business Structure
1. Mobile Delivery Structure
RunnerCNC LLC provides mobile inventory access and delivery outside of normal business hours (5:00 PM to 6:00 AM). Our
delivery structure is tied directly to your relationship activity:
* Active Partner Status ($0.00 Fee): Delivery fees are completely waived ($0) for any facility that has hosted a scheduled
RunnerCNC route visit, delivery, or on-site consultation within the past three (3) months. No mandatory purchase is required to
maintain active status.
* Standard Delivery ($40.00 Fee): A flat $40.00 delivery fee applies to all new accounts, or inactive accounts that have not hosted a
RunnerCNC facility visit within the last three (3) months. This covers delivery transit within our standard 60-mile valley radius.
2. CREDIT AGREEMENT TERMS
If credit is requested, The Customer agrees that all purchases made on credit from RunnerCNC LLC are subject strictly to a Net 30 Day
payment schedule from the date of the invoice.
* Late Payments: Past-due balances are subject to a late payment charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) or the maximum rate
permitted by Arizona law, whichever is lower.
* Collection Costs: In the event of a payment default, the Customer agrees to pay all reasonable costs of collection, including
attorney fees, legal expenses, and court costs.
* Information Release: The Customer hereby authorizes the applied banking and trade references listed to release commercial credit history data to RunnerCNC LLC for the purpose of establishing credit terms.
TERMS, WARRANTY, & LIABILITY POLICY
The following terms govern all commercial transactions, deliveries, and sales executed by RunnerCNC LLC.
1. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
RunnerCNC LLC stands behind our mobile inventory with a 30-day money-back guarantee under the following precise operational
rules:
* Eligible Returns: Parts must be returned within thirty (30) calendar days of the original delivery date. The components must be
entirely unused, uninstalled, unmarred, and in 100% re-sellable condition.
* Opened Packaging: Opened product boxes, bags, or manufacturer packaging are perfectly acceptable for return inspection,
provided the physical component itself shows zero signs of wear, installation marks, grease, or modification.
* Strict Exclusions: Products that have been mounted, wired, chemically opened, or physically used are strictly ineligible for a return
or refund. This includes but is not limited to: installed bearings, mounted electrical contactors, opened lubricants, spray chemical
cans, and custom-modified electrical components. RunnerCNC LLC reserves the absolute right to inspect all returned items in
person prior to issuing credit.
2. MANUFACTURER DEFECTS & WARRANTIES
RunnerCNC LLC functions solely as an independent industrial supplier and mobile distributor. RunnerCNC LLC does not
manufacture any of the products or components it sells. The only exception in this statement is our 3D printed products and 3D
designs which are made by RunnerCNC LLC and are sold as is. RunnerCNC LLC is not a licensed engineering firm and will assume
no liability for any injury caused by its 3D printed Products or 3D designs.
* No Independent Warranty: RunnerCNC LLC does not independently warrant the long-term performance, fitness, durability, or
operational suitability of any product sold.
* Manufacturer Claims Process: Products suspected of containing factory or manufacturer defects are governed strictly by that
specific manufacturer’s independent warranty resolution channel. RunnerCNC LLC will reasonably assist your maintenance staff in
identifying and navigating the manufacturer's warranty options, but assumes no independent replacement or financial obligation for
factory defects.
3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
* Customer Verification: The Customer assumes sole and absolute responsibility for verifying all part specifications, cross-references,
manufacturer compatibility, dimensions, and electrical or mechanical ratings prior to physical installation and equipment operation.
* Waiver of Implied Warranties: Except where prohibited by law, RunnerCNC LLC explicitly disclaims all warranties not provided
directly by the original manufacturer, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All parts
are provided strictly on an "AS-IS" component basis.
* Exclusion of Damages: Under no circumstances shall RunnerCNC LLC be held legally or financially liable for equipment damage,
downstream production losses, facility downtime, lost corporate profits, personal injury, property damage, consequential damages,
incidental damages, or any other operational losses arising from the installation, misuse, improper application, or failure of supplied
parts.
4. TECHNICAL GUIDANCE DISCLAIMER
Any technical insights, part numbering cross-references, or manual diagnostic suggestions shared by RunnerCNC LLC staff are
offered purely as a professional courtesy. Such communications do not constitute formal engineering, machine design, or
professional automation advice. The final legal verification of a part's suitability for an active machine rests entirely with the
Customer’s certified maintenance mechanics, engineers, or operators.
